Cherry strawberry raspberry watermelon fruit salad


SERVES: 6-8

PREP TIME: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

4-5 cups watermelon, cubed

2 heaping cups strawberries, quartered

1.5 cups cherries, pitted and halved

1.5 cups raspberries


For the dressing:

1/4 cup honey or agave, plus more for drizzling on top

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp lime zest

2 tbsp chopped mint


Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl then set aside. Chop all the fruit and put in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the fruit and mix well. Drizzle extra honey on top. Best when fresh but can be stored for 2-3 days after making. Enjoy!
